1960年福岡県北九州市生まれ。1983年日本福祉大学社会福祉学部卒業、2012年日本福祉大学大学院社会福祉学修了。1991年社会福祉法人「鞍手ゆたか福祉会」設立。1992年知的障害者通所授産施設「鞍手ゆたかの里」設立。2003年知的障害者入所更生施設「サンガーデン鞍手」設立。2009年より理事長。2017年11月より株式会社ゆたかカレッジ代表取締役社長。社会福祉士、精神保健福祉士
